Current Workshops

Audioart and Podcasting Sessions at Bideford Library, North Devon

Ages: 10-16 years

Program:Ongoing workshop blocks

Block Structure:

  • Block 1: Introduction to Audioart and Podcasting

  • Block 2: Advanced Podcasting and Jingle-Making

  • Block 3: Visual Media and Publishing with Canva and Capcut

  • Field Experience: Practical application through the Museum of London Archaeology (MOLA) heritage event

Our MOLA field experience represented the culmination of skills developed throughout the workshop series. During this professional collaboration, our young participants documented archaeological investigations, conducted interviews with heritage experts, and created valuable multimedia content preserving local history. This real-world application demonstrated their remarkable growth in both technical abilities and confidence, with MOLA representatives noting that our youth team's involvement was "the crucial key component that made the event so interesting."

Our workshops have demonstrated significant positive outcomes in community engagement, reducing isolation, fostering collaboration, enhancing cultural enrichment, and improving participant wellbeing. Starting with 9 participants, our core group of 4 dedicated attendees has shown remarkable progress and growth throughout the program. Contact us to book a place:

About Roshani Ramass - Founding Director

As a classically trained musician and BA Business graduate, Roshani brings together creative passion with strategic expertise to empower communities through digital storytelling and content creation.

Her background spans music composition and performance, radio broadcasting with Devon Community Radio, and business consultancy across public and charitable sectors. She specialises in helping organisations connect with hard-to-reach communities and amplify diverse voices.

At Ace Holds The Space, she focuses on supporting creatives toward personal and economic empowerment while championing collaborative environments that break down barriers. Her particular passion lies in creating access and opportunities for neurodiverse individuals and those facing employment challenges.

Through innovative social enterprise approaches, Roshani helps communities become their own stars – bridging cultural and digital gaps to ensure every voice shines.
